  • Client Module Area: If you sign in to the client module area, your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with our sign-in provider. For coaching clients, we also hold your name, the modules you are enrolled in, and your engagement's start and end dates, taken from our client records, and a record of which module steps you have marked complete.
  • Cookies: Small data files stored on your device. The public pages of this website do not set cookies of their own. Our sign-in provider sets cookies when you visit the module area, including ones that keep you signed in.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our services.
  • Confirm that you are signed in with the email address we have on file, and show you the module material your engagement includes, from its start date through its end date.
  • Show your name and email address on each module page you view.
  • Remember your progress through a module.
  • Email you the worksheet you requested and occasional emails from us, which you agree to when you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Communicate with you (e.g., respond to inquiries, send updates).
  • Analyze website usage and trends.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS Communications & Privacy

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from us related to updates, reminders, and promotional content.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
  • You can reply HELP for assistance.

We do not share, sell, or rent your SMS opt-in data or consent to any third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and SMS consent are used solely for communication from us as outlined above.

  • Service providers who help us operate our business and this website, includingCloudflare, which hosts the website, stores the module area's data, and checks that worksheet sign-ups come from a person rather than an automated program, using your IP address and browser details;Clerk, which handles signing in to the module area;Google, which hosts our intake form, client records and email, provides the fonts on some pages, and handles sign-in if you choose your Google account;Zapier, which passes worksheet sign-ups to our mailing list; andMailchimp, which holds our mailing list.
  • Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. For the module area specifically:

  • Your sign-in account is kept until it is deleted.
  • Your module progress is kept until it is deleted.
  • The copy of your name, email address, module and engagement dates that the website uses to check access is kept for at most 7 days if a refresh fails.
  • Technical logs of visits to the module area are kept for 7 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
