The ongoing work of leading well, getting promoted, building visibility up the chain and across the industry, and staying ahead of the moments that quietly define a career.
See how this works
Career Transitions
From setting your networking strategy, to getting ready for whatever the interviewer throws in your way. The work is focused and specific: get you seen, get your story landing, and get you ready for the loop.
What gets in the way
- Getting seen in the first place
- Networking, positioning, and the collateral behind them do the work before you ever reach an interview. Without them, strong experience doesn't get a look.
- A value proposition that doesn't fully land
- Why me, why this opportunity, why together it's magic. Most candidates can answer one of the three. Landing all three is what separates a good interview from an offer.
- Preparing for the wrong bar
- Knowing your material isn't the same as knowing what the interviewer is measuring you against. Prep that isn't calibrated to the real bar wastes the time you have.
- Confidence that reads as connection, not perfection
- The candidate who loses usually isn't the least prepared. It's the one so focused on getting every answer right that they stop connecting with the person across the table.
- Negotiating without fear
- Being scared to ask for more has a cost, and it compounds every year after the offer is signed.
Before our sessions, I relied too much on generic prep materials, some good, some not so much, and ended up memorizing formulas instead of learning how to think. Rachel immediately understood how I process problems and tailored her coaching to strengthen both my reasoning and confidence. She helped me move beyond scripted answers so I could adapt on the fly and think through product challenges instead of reciting them.
Rachel is an exceptional PM interview coach. She helped me structure my thinking, sharpen my product frameworks, and build confidence going into interviews at top companies. Her coaching style is direct and warm, she pushes you to go deeper without making you feel lost. Whether it was mock interviews, product design questions, or working through my narrative, she met me where I was and got me where I needed to be.
Rachel's coaching was a game changer for me. She took the time to understand me, and helped me see my blind spots that I didn't even realize I had. I always had specific resources and actionable feedback to work on, which helped a lot in making the interviews feel less overwhelming.
Rachel helped me prepare for my product management interviews, walking me through the evaluation criteria and approaching interviews in a structured way while keeping in mind a natural conversational flow.
Rachel has the super-power of helping you work on interview weaknesses without hurting your confidence. She was instrumental in propelling my confidence right before my on-site, by taking time to understand my biggest Achilles heel and addressing it.

Tell Me About Your InterviewsExecutive Coaching
For the moments that define a career beyond any single interview: a new role's first 90 days, a promotion that requires being seen differently, or a transition where what worked before stops working.
What gets in the way
- No plan for the first 90 days (or beyond)
- The honeymoon ends whether you're ready or not. Having a plan isn't enough - you need to adapt before you build unbreakable patterns. The same applies to a promotion: what got you promoted doesn't automatically carry you at the new level, and in some cases, it can turn into a liability.
- Misunderstanding how promotions actually happen
- Promotion isn't earned by deserving it. It comes from being already seen operating at the next level, or from a company growing fast enough to carry you there. Stakeholder relationships, scope, and impact are what get measured, not tenure.
- Carrying the wrong playbook into the next level
- What got you from individual contributor to manager can work against you on the way to director. Managing managers is a different job than managing a team, and most people don't realize that until they're already struggling in it.
- Executive presence that hasn't been built yet
- Speaking up, driving consensus, and building influence aren't personality traits. They're skills, and most leaders never get coached on them directly.
If you're an executive looking for a partner to help you think more clearly and execute more effectively, work with Rachel. She helped me find a level of precision in my background and ideas that I couldn't have reached on my own. From validating market hypotheses to prepping for high-stakes investor conversations and driving connections, her coaching provided clarity that helped me move fast. I estimate she saved me months of trial and error.
Working with Rachel was one of the most clarifying experiences I've had. She helped me see patterns I couldn't observe myself. How subtle frustration with difficult stakeholders was leaking into my stories as blame-shifting, or how I was using newness to the role as an escape hatch from accountability. None of this was obvious to me before.
Through executive coaching, Rachel helped me develop a plan for successful onboarding, focusing on relationship management and sustainable career growth.
Rachel has a rare ability to bring clarity to complexity and help people communicate their value with confidence, especially in uncertain moments. She supported me through a career transition, helping me refine my narrative and rebuild confidence. I recommend her for any high-stakes career moment.

Tell Me Where You're StuckHow we unlock what's next for you
One framework, applied to where you're headed. Not every client needs every phase.
| Career Transitions | Executive Coaching | |
|---|---|---|
| 01Career Retro | Where you've been and what you want from what's next. | The same starting point, especially when the next move isn't defined yet. |
| 02Positioning | The narrative that lands with recruiters and hiring managers. | How your leadership chain sees you, the gap, and who needs to advocate for you. |
| 03Collateral | Resume and LinkedIn that carry your positioning when you're not in the room. | Your promo doc and stakeholder support, or your 30-60-90 plan and where you stand against it. |
| 04Networking | Getting in front of the people hiring for the role. | Org and industry relationships that build the case for seniority, well before you need it. |
| 05Interview Prep | Closing the specific gaps standing between you and an offer. | Still required for promotion loops in some organizations. |
We start with your baseline: where you are now, and what the outcome looks like, short term and long term. From there we name the gaps, build a plan to close them, and adjust as you go.
